Print End user list

The End User List report provides a structured view of customers and their associated facilities based on operational, contractual, and organizational criteria. This report is primarily used by operations, sales, customer service, and management teams to review active and inactive end users, validate customer assignments to LDCs and pools, support audits, and confirm contract and facility status across the system.

The report allows users to filter end users by LDC, pool, rate, customer hierarchy, representatives, and contract or facility status. Optional detail selections determine whether the output includes high-level customer summaries or expanded facility-level and contractual details.


Prerequisites

Before working on the Print End user list (Reports) screen, ensure the following prerequisites are met:


Procedure to print end user list report

  1. Log in to the nGenue application.
  2. Click the Search icon and enter Print End user list in the search bar.
  3. Double-click the Print End user list (Reports) from the search results to open respective screen.

  4. In Print End user list (Reports), Report options section allows to specify report filters, delivery period, and output preferences.

  5. Complete the required fields available in the Report options section as listed in the table below:

    Fields Description
    LDC Select the LDC to limit the report to end users and facilities associated with that specific utility.
    Pool Select the pool to include only end users assigned to the selected gas pool within the chosen LDC.
    Rate/rider Select the rate schedule or rider to restrict the report to end users billed under that pricing structure.
    Parent customer Select a parent customer to list only end users that roll up under that parent customer.
    Primary rep Select a primary sales representative to include only end users assigned to that representative.
    End users (Active only) Select the end users that are active during the selected reporting criteria.
    Customer service rep Select a customer service representative to filter end users assigned to that representative.
    Legal entity Select the legal entity to include only end users contracted under that organization.
    Facility status to include Select the facility status to control which facilities appear in the report.
    Contract status Select the contract status to include only end users with contracts in those states.

    Detail print options

    Fields Description
    Extended end user details Select this checkbox to include additional customer-level information such as contact details, contract references.
    List individual facilities Select this checkbox to list each facility separately under its associated end user rather than grouping facilities
    Extended facility details Select this checkbox to include detailed facility attributes such as address, service identifiers, and operational status.

  6. Select any of the printing options in the top header to configure printing, preview, print, as described in the table below:

  7. Click Printer setup to configure print settings, specify the name, size, orientation, properties and network.

    1. Click Ok to save the configuration.
    2. Click Cancel to discard changes.
  8. Click Print preview to review the report output and verify that filters and details are correct.

  9. Click Print to generate the End User List report based on the selected criteria.
